Just To Give You A Little Bit Of A History,

Just to give you a little bit of a history, i took lady pills last oct 2014 to correct my menstration due to Polysictic Ovaries, I had my first day of my period on nov 19,2014 and i did not take any birth control pills after, Recently I was diagnosed with Bacterial Vaginitis I took metronidazole for 7 days. Then I was examined throug TVS
today it is dec 22 and i am 3 days delayed for my period, I experience discomfort in my left breast some times it aches in the nipple, and the result of my ultra sound is as follows:

Enlarged right ovary with possible HEMORRHAGIC CYST, versus septated cyst mass. No Evident Adnexal Mass.

Please help me understand what is wrong. Thank you
