Just Under A Week Ago I Had All Of My

Just under a week ago I had all of my upper teeth removed and I'm a smoker. These past few days the saliva in my mouth is very very thick and stringy I've tried salt water and that doesn't seem to clear it up. Also I am takin penicillin and percocete along with vitamins. Idk what to do. There is also a smell and taste in my mouth.
