Just Went Thru 3 Months Worth Of A Collapsed Lung,

Just went thru 3 months worth of a collapsed lung, but I stepped on a piece of a skid at work which went thru the bottom of my steel toe shoe! Even tho it was already dark cause it was nite time it looked like the end of the nail was clean!! Not sure how far the nail went into the bottom of foot, but should I have gone for a tetanus shot anyway! I'm not exhibiting any symptoms of tetanus, but ended up with Valley Fever almost 3 weeks after my lung did collapse & already had pneumonia!!
