Just Woke Up (3:30 AM) With A Throbing Pain On
Just woke up (3:30 AM) with a throbing pain on my right side- behind and slightly above upper right breast. It doesn't help if I lie on my back, stand up, etc. It's been going on for about 10 minutes. Just took 3 children's aspirin.
I'm an almost 68 year old healthy female. I've never had heart problems but my father died at 84 from congestive heart failure. He had a brother who died in his sixties from a heart attack. Is this possibly heart related even though it's on the wrong side?
