Just Woke Up Middle Of The Night With Tummy Cramps

Just woke up middle of the night with tummy cramps and was vomiting.2 hrs later the same thing....slept a few hrs. 7hrs passed and sick again but pain coming out in my back. Took motillium. It's now nxt day ...no more sick but not feeling well and v.poor appetite and no taste.
