Just Woke Up With Bad Vertigo This Morning And A

Just woke up with bad vertigo this morning and a heaviness on my left side. I was walking to the left and almost falling over. Could this have been caused by wax in my ears? Or just getting up too quickly and low blood sugar?

Haven't really experienced this in pregnancy before. I told my GP and she didn't seem too concerned. Said I probably just slept wrong and didn't check my ears.

Any advice would be appreciated.
