K Have A Hole In My Gum White Patches On

K have a hole in my gum white patches on my throat my chest feels tight and i can barly eat im sluring my words im taking amoxclav and ibuprofin and drinking plenty of water and tea for the infection i have two cracked teeth only revealing the gum (most of it has chipped away ) ive gone to the dentist but cant afford the surgery what do i do?
