Keep feeling breathless and have dry cough which l have had since easter. Have had chest xray no infection or other problems , have been taking aspirin for a couple of weeks without doctors consent ,l am 55 years old obese trying my hardest to loose the weight thinking l might have heart problems reading symptoms on google
