Keeping Track For An Average To Give Practitioner On My

Keeping track for an average to give practitioner on my blood pressure. Won't see him until the 9th oct. He held off prescribing me med for BP to see if my morning before getting out if bed was high. I have GAD and PTSD so I am usually on a benzoid. Not for awhile though, lately my BP has been 140 ish over 85ish 90 but this morning 145 over 106 I can feel there's something different with my body. When do I run to the ER? Last time j did years ago they found nothing wrong and now I'm 2300 in debt to them, and they were condescending to say the least. Thanks you Piper it seems I will need to wait until tomorrow when I have funds availible for this program. It does seem worth it and I look forward to joining thanks again
