Kicking Sensation In Stomach, Nausea, Not Sure If It Is

Kicking sensation in stomach, nausea, not sure if it is heart burn or some type of anxiety attack, stomach bloating. Causes for symptoms? I am 20 years old, I do not believe I am pregnant because I have the Implanon. I have had pressure in my chest area like an anxiety attack its just moderate but I can tell it is there and not normal.
