Kindly Suggest About Stem Cell Treatment. My Son Is 9yr

Kindly suggest about stem cell treatment. My son is 9yr old, suffers with cerebral palsy, doesn't stand and walk yet,doesn't sit properly doesn't speak meaningful words,makes meaningless noise. This is worsening everyday.l did lots of treatment, used borax many times but in vain. He is 100%disabled,is it possible to get cured by stem cell treatment. With regards!
