LI Have Painfull Small Lumps Under My Left Under Arm....and

LI have Painfull small lumps under my left under arm....and I also continuously feel pain just below my left collar bone pain and shoulder .
I have some painfull small points on chest bones....and also have pain between the below of front chest cage.....
These days it's very painfull for me to live with these pains..
