LLQ Pain, Started Yesterday, Severe At Times (feels Like A

LLQ pain, started yesterday, severe at times (feels like a balloon is going to burst). It comes and goes with intensity. Started hurting after lunch and by 4-5 pm was much less. After dinner it became very intense again, went to be at 8pm because pain was so bad. Today aching pain (thobbing) is minimal pain but still there.
I have had this pain several times before, sometimes last for days to a week.
