Last 15 Days Back I Had Admitted My 9 Month

Last 15 days back i had admitted my 9 month old son in hospital for Infection and cough. Doctor had given amoxiclav inj and levolin and budecort + duolin nebulization. Infection is clear, now there is no fever. but after i had stopped nebulization for 2-3 days, again he is having coughing and runny nose. please help whether i need to nebulize for more time or any better recommendation.
