Last July I Fell Backwards Over A Big Dog, On

Last July I fell backwards over a big dog, on to my right side and hip. I pushed my elbow up into my shoulder and had key hole surgery las November for shoulder which they discovered I had a bone spur and filed it down but I'm having big problems I cannot lie on it at night with the pain. Also because of the fall my hip has a fracture which has mended but I was told I have bursitis of the hip which is awful especially at night time I'm so tired of pain
