Last March I Had Cataract Surgery On Both Eyes Similtaneously

Last March I had cataract surgery on both eyes similtaneously and now all is well except I see long light spheres on every light I look at....and it has caused me Night blinding problems with seeing oncoming headlights of other cars....house and street lights...all become like lightening rods of light to my eyes...I am not safe driving at night now and this is horrible feeling during day .....as all lights now sphere up on me. Can they change my lens to stop this?
