Last Monday I Went To The Dr For A Sinus

Last Monday I went to the dr for a sinus infection. I received a cortisone shot and antibiotics. At the time I was also experiencing shortness of breath and raspy hoarse voice. I'm still experiencing this even after additional Meds prescribed on Friday for methylprednisolone and albuterol sulfate inhaler. After talking for a few minutes my chest tightens like someone is sitting on it and the hoarseness begins. Do I go back to the dr or go to a ear nose and throat specialist?
