Last Mày I Had An Eczema Like Rash Appear On

Last Mày I had an eczema like rash appear on me right hand; bumps itching sometimes inflammation. Been through treatment ànd testing, including allergy patch test. I have noted nodes - a swelling on my wrist (first apparent at a knuckle). The itching inflammation ànd sores seem to stem from there. is there a connection?
