Last October, I Went To See A Specialist And He

Last October, I went to see a specialist and he told me he thinks I have a rare form of Paget's disease, he said he would like some blood work done right away, but unfortunately he has to get permission from the Insurance company first ( Medicare). His office and my primary Doctors office is going back and forth..one saying they sent the order, the other saying they didn't get it. I am so frustrated because I don't even know that much about Paget's but I know it's progressive and worsens with time. I called and ask to talk to the Doctor and they won't let me talk to him. I get nowhere when I call and call his assistant..What more can I do to get them to do something??
