Last Sunday I Began To Show Symptoms Of The Gastro

Last Sunday I began to show symptoms of the gastro bug my sons both had. However, today I still have very lose stool and continuous nausea. I'm taking nexium to try and stop the nausea but just wanted to know how long will this last? Also, one of my sons who has had the bug has very pale stools, almost beige in colour a week later. Is that something I should be worried about?
