Last Sunday I Moved Some Heavy Pots In My Garden

Last Sunday I moved some heavy pots in my garden and did some other lifting and moving chores. I was a bit sore, In the morning I went for my usual walk with the dog and then had to do some grocery shopping and carried heavy bags. By night I had back pain and lower abdominal pain. The next day I bought Flanax and took it for 2 days and felt weak but with Little pain. Today I did some household chores and the lower abdominal pain is back and it's strong.
