Last Wednesday I Was Seen In Urgent Care And Diagnoised

Last Wednesday I was seen in urgent care and diagnoised with Acute Serious OPtitis Media, Bilateral and postnasal drip. I was given Amox-Clav 875MG, Cetiri-D 5-120mg ( Walgreens gave me Wal-Zyr D, and to continue my previously prescribed Fluticasone. My ear is still hurting off and on, now my eyes are hurting and one is red. Should I return to urgent care?
