Last Evening, I Got Up Out Of My Recliner And

Last evening, I got up out of my recliner and started to walk to the bathroom. All of a sudden, I got light headed and felt like I was going to fall and would have if there wasn't a wall to lean on. Just lasted a couple of seconds and then I felt fine. I am 69 and in good health according to my last physical.
