Last Evening After Dinner I Used A Toothpick N Disturbed

Last evening after dinner I used a toothpick n disturbed my gum over the wisdom tooth. I saw some blood but ignored it. Now, after 12 hours I am having painful gum which is badly swollen. I have ketorolac tromethamine dispersible 10 mg from my dentist that was prescribed after a root canal an year back. I was wandering that can I have it to control the pain n infection.
