Last Evening Everything Was Going Good And All Of A

Last evening everything was going good and all of a sudden I had begun having terrible facial pain more in the cheek. I have never had this before. Approximately40 years ago I did have Bell's palsy in the left hand side of my face. Leaving a slight sag. Could this have been another one of those episodes?
