Last Fall I Had An Ectopic Pregnancy. It Ruptured And

Last fall i had an ectopic pregnancy. it ruptured and i didn't realize and bleed out in to my stomach over the weekend. When arriving to hospital i had a 36 hgbn. and underwent surgery to remove the blood and fix the ruptured fallopian tube. I ended up with only one tube and ovary. I have only had one period in the past six months. I was kicked pretty hard in the stomach on Thursday at work and had pretty bad pain all that night. I still have a lot of pain and am now bleeding down there. Its not the normal menstrual blood color, this is much brighter and does not seem to be slowing down. I am feeling a bit dizzy periodically and pretty tired...............I am terrified of hospitals and wont go unless life or death. Ideas? Suggestions? Thank you so much for your consideration.
