Last May I Had A Lymph Node Removed From My

Last may I had a lymph node removed from my right armpit for a biopsy all came back ok I now have 2 lymph nodes under my left armpit but my blood test came back clear. I sweat extremely bad through the night. Iv found 2 more lymph nodes 1 under my left armpit and the other on my right side on the last rib of my rib cage can you help with information as to what could be causing this?
