Last Month I Thought I Was Starting My Period. I

Last month I thought I was starting my period. I went to bed and woke up in the middle of the night in serious pain and lots of bright red blood all over me. I couldn't even move it hurt so bad. That bleeding only lasted a little while. It is now a month later and I'm still having complications. Very serious abdominal pains on the left lower side. They are kind of like cramps but ten times worse. Is it possible I had a miscarriage There are lots of clots coming out now. My nipples were sore till about a couple days ago. Intense dreams. Frequently urinating. Constipated. Nausea. Cravings. And a few more pregnancy like symptoms. They are all slowly fading away now though. Except for the pain. I've miscarried in the past. Is it possible I did again.
