Last Month I Had My Period For 2 Days Light

Last month i had my period for 2 days light bleeding then spotting on 2nd day. this month i got my period again 2 days this time normal bleeding went away last night. My usual menstrual cycle is about 29days lasting 4-5 days. Could I be pregnant? or could it be something else? What should i do? I also took a pregnancy test last month it was negative havent taken one this month.
