Last Month My Period Was 3 Days Late & I

Last month my period was 3 days late & I went to the bathroom and wipe myself I saw light pink blood so I put a tampond in and brown blood was on it lasted 2 days then my period came but now this month it's a week late & I been feeling nausea & have lil bumps around my areola but sometimes they look flat and white ... I think I could be pregnant ??
