Last Month My Period What Real Early Two Weeks Early

Last month my period what real early two weeks early then this month I bleed one day and it went away and have not had any bleeding since but I have had brown discharge and cramping along with my abdomen being rock hard I have taken three different test of two kinds and have had inconclusive results can I be pregnant is this normal do I need to have a blood test done I need answers please help.....
