Last Night 3am , L Start Cramping And Forming At

Last night 3am , l start cramping and forming at the mouth and I can't wake u up, after about 4mins I wake up and respond to my wife and 6am this morning it all of started again, also about 4,5mins,and this time I pee in my pants. The tips of my tongue is burning and red now. What could be the problem.? Thank you
