Last Night I Came Home From My Girlfriends House. On

Last night I came home from my girlfriends house. On the way home I was feeling a pain in my lower right abdomen and my right testicle. I looked up what it could be. It said testicular torsion. So I got scared. I didnt go to the doctor but the pain went away within an hour and im fine now. Should I be okay? Are my testicles dead? Should I go to the doctor?
