Last Night I Could Not Sleep I Had Several Muscle

Last night I could not sleep I had several muscle spasams in both of my legs first the left one upper thigh then my right thigh then my lower calf they were so severe they lasted about 15 to 20 minutes oh my goodness I thought I was dying I'm having knee pain in my left knee the last time I went to the Dr about my knee it had swelled up a little the Dr said I have bursitis in my kee so I went to a specialist and he gave me a steroid shot that was my left knee now I'm having pain in my right knee should I be worried about this I am taking potassium over the counter do you think this will help
