Last Night I Felt Constipated So I Pushed Harder Than

Last night I felt constipated so I pushed harder than usual to deficate. The fecies was like a round and hard like ball of chocolate (if I had to describe it) . It felt almost as if my anus itself was somewhat buldging. Since then I’ve had a dull buble like feeling above my anus and feels like trapped gas.
