Last Night I Had A Bath And Some Water Got

Last night I had a bath and some water got stuck in my ear. I tried to clean it out with a q-tip and I think I did it a little too hard as a little blood came out. Since then my ear has now blocked up. How can I unblock it, do I need to visit the doctor?
