Last Night I Had A Lot Of Panic Attacks But

Last night I had a lot of panic attacks but before that I drank two energy drinks. Then I cried for at least an hour or so straight and it didn't stop. I didn't go to bed until at least 2:40AM but when I laid down there was a sharp pain in my neck whenever I breathed in. Now it is worse and I actually woke up from it because it has gotten so bad. I have thyroid problems and I was wondering if this could be the cause of it. The pain is directly under my chin closer to my ear.
