Last Night I Had Severe Cramping In My Colon Region

Last night I had severe cramping in my colon region - to the point of significant sweating and nausea. I though I was going to have to call an ambulance but it eventually subsided after about 4 minutes. Then I was exhausted and extremely cold for about an hour. Today I continue to feel like I have to have a bowel movement but produce little - mostly gas and some diarrhea.
