Last Night I Had Severe Stomach Pain - Severe Like

Last night I had severe stomach pain - severe like a softball hit me causing me to buckle over and roll on the floor- the pain caused me to throw up very thick stuff and the pain then caused diarrhea - went to hospital but didn't get a diagnosis just a follow up for tomorrow... they knocked me out and did a ct - normal - today I have subtle pain in the same area and am very groggy...food poisoning?
