Last Night I Noticed My Veins On The Right Side

Last night I noticed my veins on the right side of my foreheads enlarged and swollen,. It's sensitive to the touch. The night before it was only on the front of my forehead, but last night and today it runs to the back of my ear. I also noticed tis morning that my middle finger,in the back is purple and bruised covering the entire back of the finger. It is sensitive to the touch too. I'm having headaches but I know I've been through a lot of stress the past days.
