Last Night I Started Just Shaking Like You Do With

Last night I started just shaking like you do with chills that I didn't feel like I had a fever and I didn't check it. Next my lower abdomen way low started really hurting like piercing type of pain. All night I had to get up and put digize on,it is an essential oil to help with the pain and felt like I had fever. Today I have stayed in bed all day sleeping off on and I have taken my temperature and it is presently at 1:02 .1. Now my stomach is getting tender higher. I thought it might be a bug and I have felt a little nauseous but have not gotten sick. Just wondered if I should go to the doctor. I don't want to be dumb and end up with something major thank you.
