Last Night I Stepped On A Rock, I Just Had

Last night I stepped on a rock, I just had slippers on. Pain under the arch. Last night late I started experiencing pain in the arch area also pain to the touch on top of foot ball of foot, behind my heel and back top area of my leg. Could I have hit or damaged a a nerve branching out from the Sciatic? It hurts to sit, walk, stand. No visible bruising but the pain radiates out into different parts of my foot when I touch the area that hit the rock.
