Last Night I Used A Suction Cup Like Sex Toy

Last night I used a suction cup like sex toy with my husband, right after I noticed some redness but assumed because this toy sucks in that maybe that's what caused it. Shortly after the swelling came on my clitoral hood left side which makes sense from toy placement. I panicked, hot and warm compresses, antibacterial cream and nothing stopped the swelling. This morning now I have noticed the swelling has gone down a bit but there are fluid type sized of a pin needle blisters. There is no pain, no tingling. I had my full std Pannel run 3 weeks ago and everything came back fine. Should I be panicking?
