Last Night I Was Awaken By Pressure In My Rectum

Last night I was awaken by pressure in my rectum coming from the inside. It was a bit painful and kept me awake for sometime! I have not been constipated or irregular. I do have a very small heimroid but it hasn't been giving me any problems. Actually as I'm laying in bed now I feel slight pressure feeling like it might get stronger!!
