Last Night I Went Out For Dinner With A Friend,

Last night I went out for dinner with a friend, we ate steak and vegetables, had 2 small bottles of soju esteem the 2 of us and 2 small classes (3-4 oz) of beer. When I arrived home and went to bed I experienced excruciating stabbing pain when I laid on my left side. It was also a little painful on my right side but tolerable. The pain is very specific to just under my rib cage on the left side and is tender to the touch and painful when palpated. It has now been about 20 hours since th initial onset and feels a little better but the tenderness to touch and pain with palpitation is still there. Unrination and bowel functions are normal. No other symptoms
