Last Night I Went To Restroom, Urinated And Passed Gas.

Last night I went to restroom, urinated and passed gas. The toilet was full of bright red blood and some clots and this was from my anus. This happened several more times and this am when I had a loose bowel movement, there was blood in stool. What could cause this?
