Last Night I Wet The Bed As I Had A

Last night I wet the bed as I had a dream I was going to the toilet,
99% of the time, when I have this dream I wake myself up without wetting the bed. However last night was an exception.
Ive been stressed lately and not sleeping properly, but I don't know if this was a factor in the cause.

Please help because my partner was in bed with me and I haven't wet the bed since I was a child.
