Last Night I Woke Up Suddenly At About 5:00 A.m.

Last night I woke up suddenly at about 5:00 a.m. I had a lot of pressure in my breast bone and towards my back. I also had a feeling as if there was a "ball" in my sternum. Then I had terrible pain in my bottom teeth and both sides of my jaw and then mostly on the right. I just laid there afraid to call an ambulance even though I was afraid I may be having a heart attack. I have an irregular heartbeat but this is the first time I've had these type of symptoms. Today, I felt a bit of anxiety but my mom also went into the hospital yesterday and I've been very stressed at work. This episode lasted about 20 minutes and then I fell asleep. I did not know what to do and felt silly calling 911.
