Last Night My Right Foot Cramped And My Toe Before

Last night My right foot cramped and my toe before my little toe (ring toe) was stretching over my middle toe. This morning it doesn't hurt, but there is a bruise and the joints under my middle and rind two are bulged and hard and kind of look sideways.
