Last Night And And At Several Points Today My Speech

Last night and and at several points today my speech has been quite slow. I have had to really concentrate on talking. I have have been very sleepy and my left arm has a little numbless in it. I am prone to severe migraine which mimic strokes and suffer epilepsy in the form of absence's and also have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome but have never had this speech problem before my BP afew mins ago was 100/58/52
